These Terms and Conditions, together with any other specific or particular Terms and Conditions for a given transaction or service provided by this website, constitute a complete agreement between Expert Solutions S.L.P. and the participant.

These general conditions of use regulate the participation, through the website, www.Mazadent.com/.net by users, of the various products and services offered through this website.

These general terms and conditions, together with any special conditions that may be established, will expressly regulate the relations between Expert Solutions S.L.P. and the users.

These General Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law on services of the information society and electronic commerce Law .

The use of the Portal implies the acceptance as a User, without reservations of any kind, of each and every one of the General Contracting Conditions, of the General Conditions of Use of the Portal, as well as, if applicable, of the Particular and Special Conditions that, if applicable, govern the acquisition.

Expert Solutions S.L.P  informs that the procedures for the acquisition of goods are those described in these general conditions, as well as those other specific ones that are indicated on screen during navigation, so that the user declares to know and accept these procedures as necessary to access the products and services offered on the website.

Any modification and/or correction of the data provided by the Users during navigation must be made according to the indications included in the website.

Registration

Each User declares and warrants that he/she is at least 18 years old or the age required to use the Services offered by Mazadent and that he/she therefore enters into a binding contract in accordance with the laws of his/her country of Egypt. To use the Services, you must reside in a state or jurisdiction where Mazadent operates. Each account may only be used by the user who registers and no one else. All information provided must be true, complete and correct, and Mazadent must be notified immediately of any changes in such information that may affect the service and its effectiveness.

You are only allowed to have one account per person; if you try to open more than one account, the remaining accounts and even the main account may be blocked or closed. During the registration process you will have to choose a user name and password to enter Mazadent. Mazadent reserves the right to limit the number of accounts per household at any time. You must choose a username that is not offensive, indecent, deceptive, or that may be misleading to other users or people. Nor may it be used to advertise or promote other websites or services, or to provide links to other users. Mazadent reserves the right to change user names for any reason, and is the arbitrator of any such matter. You Must use a valid phone number which is required for activation of registration, and must have a valid national id number which will be used to deliver you the products you win. Mazadent have all the rights to close or suspend any account who use fake/unreal phone numbers in registration process.

Mazadent staff will never ask the user for a password of any kind, except to access www.Mazadent.com. You are solely responsible for maintaining and safeguarding your account password. We suggest that you do not provide your password to anyone, including Mazadent employees. Accounts are only transferable in exceptional cases and at the discretion of Mazadent. Mazadent shall not be responsible for any abuse or misuse of the account by third parties due to the disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, of the login information.

Payments

All payments are processed through Expert Solutions registered and  secured payments gateway.

The allowed payments methods are Cash, Credit card, prepaid and debit card.

The credit/debit cards chosen for payment will be charged instantly at the time of purchase.

Bidding process and Mazadent Assistant

Users can bid manually by clicking on the bid button or by using the automatic function called Mazadent assistant. The latter allows users to bid on an auction, even when they are offline or online. For more information on the Mazadent assistant, please visit the Help section.

Every user is allowed to Bid freely but with a limited number of bids assigned to each auction. and every user in that auction get the same number of bids exactly .and these free bids will never affect your balance/credit in your account.

Mazadent reserves the right to offer bids packages / free balance of different quantities at different times for any user.

How a Private (Seat) Auction Works

Private auctions have the same general operation as public auctions, with the only difference that users wishing to participate in these auctions have to purchase a seat or ticket in order to be able to bid in them.

Private auctions have a limited number of available seats, the maximum number of available seats in each private auction is different from one auction to another one. according to rules and regulations the staff and administration of Mazadent set per auction.

These auctions have a variable minimum number of seats depending on the product being auctioned for the auction to start. The auction will start with a max 24 hour countdown once all minimum auction seats are sold. At this point all participants with an auction seat will receive an email or SMS notification that the auction has started and from that point on you can place bids on the auction or set up the Mazadent Assistant.

The purchase of the seats or tickets for the auction is done with Balance that will be automatically deducted from the balance of user account. The price of these seats varies according to the product being auctioned and the user level.

Once a seat is purchased for an auction it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

It is the responsibility of the user participating in the auction to await the start of the auction, the notifications sent about the course of the auction.

Each user who buy a seat / ticket in auction will receive a fixed number of free bids/clicks equally for all users in that auction . so each user as an equal opportunity as other users exactly , which will not affect the balance of the user.

Each bid placed causes the price of the product in which the user decides to participate to increase by fixed amount in  EGP depending on the type of auction or the product in which he is participating.

 Each new bid restores the time remaining for the closing of the auction to 10 seconds.

The winner of the auction is the last user to place a bid within the time limit, with no other users placing bids to reset the timer. To ensure that there are no other bids pending before the auction closes, the system will check that there are no unplaced bids from any activated Mazadent Assistant.

Bids are valid when they are entered into the Mazadent database and registered in the system. Mazadent is not responsible for any interruptions in the users connection and/or errors that may occur in connection with it.

Mazadent Users Levels

Mazadent has five different user levels. All users start at user level 1. To reach the next levels, two factors are taken into account: the total amount accumulated in purchases within Mazadent and the auctions won by the user. Each auction won has a value of 100 EGP in your progression to the next level which will be added to the accumulated amount in your Mazadent account.

Total amount accumulated to reach each of the Mazadent levels:

LEVEL 1: total accumulated amount of 0LE (this is the level with which all users start when a Mazadent account its opened.

LEVEL 2: total accumulated amount of 600 EGP, when reaching this level you will have access to a series of benefits and advantages for the user that are, 5% permanent discount in all the bidding packages, 10% discount in the purchase of the seats for the private auctions, 10% more Mazadent points.

LEVEL 3: total accumulated amount of 3500 EGP, when reaching this level you will have access to a series of benefits and advantages for the user that are, 10% permanent discount in all the bidding packages, 20% discount in the purchase of the seats for the private auctions, 20% more Mazadent points.

LEVEL 4: total accumulated amount of 12,000 EGP, upon reaching this level, the user has access to a series of benefits and advantages which are, 15% permanent discount on all bidding packages, 30% discount on the purchase of seats for private auctions, 30% more Mazadent points.

LEVEL 5: total accumulated amount of 30,000 EGP, upon reaching this level, the user has access to a series of benefits and advantages which are, 25% permanent discount on all bidding packages, 50% discount on the purchase of seats for private auctions, 50% more Mazadent points.

There is no time limit or expiration of accumulated spending for the progress to the next levels.

Once a level is reached, it will be maintained permanently in time until you reach the next level. Under no circumstances can a user account be downgraded.

Mazadent Points and Points Shop

Mazadent Points are a virtual currency with which any user can buy any item in the Points Shop exclusively with Mazadent Points.

Mazadent points can be earned in different ways, when you buy a package of bids all are assigned a number of points that will be credited to your account along with the bids purchased after the purchase, with every bid you make in an auction you get Mazadent points (when you make a bid depending on your user level you will automatically receive in your account the points), By winning auctions you also get Mazadent points (with each won auction you will be credited with 100 points in your account). When you recommend Mazadent from your user panel you will receive 100 points once the invited user makes his first purchase in Mazadent and as a welcome gift once he completes all the user profile data (ID, name, address, city, country and phone number) you will automatically receive 100 points in your account. You can also earn Mazadent points with the daily reward system by accessing your Mazadent account every day.

To prevent fraud and misuse of the Mazadent point system, a purchase will be required to activate the daily reward system. In order to redeem your points in the points shop you must have at least one real money transaction in the last 15 days.

Buy it Now

In all Mazadent auctions, users are offered, at their discretion, the option "Buy it now". The "Buy it now" option allows the user to buy the auctioned product at the indicated price by deducting the value of the bids placed in the auction from the price of the product. The user can decide to stop participating in the auction at any time to take advantage of the "Buy it now" option and thus receive the auctioned product by taking advantage of the discount for the bids placed. The value of each bid placed is 0.05€.

When a user decides to buy the product using the "Buy it now" option, he or she can no longer participate in the auction. Any Mazadent Assistant set up for the auction will be cancelled. The auction will continue uninterrupted and unchanged for all other users. The user can buy the product using the "Buy Now" option at any time while the auction is open.

If payment is not made within 48  hours of using the "Buy Now" option, the right to purchase and receive the product will be cancelled.

Won auction acceptation

Once the auction is closed, the user will have to pay the final price of the auction to formalize the purchase and receive the product. The payment of the final price of the auction must be made within 72  hours after the closing of the auction, otherwise the auction will be declared void and the user will lose the right to purchase.

Mazadent will send the product within 72 working hours from the payment confirmation, in case the cash payment option has been selected the transfer of the amount will be done in a maximum of 24 hours from the payment confirmation. The buyer must provide an accurate delivery address on his account before Mazadent will ship the product. After Mazadent has shipped the product, it will take a maximum of 72 hours for it to be delivered to the buyer.

If Mazadent is unable to deliver the item within the set time, the user shall be offered the option to increase the time period for receipt or to offer the winning user a replacement item with similar or better characteristics. If a winning auction has not been confirmed and paid within the corresponding time period, the item shall be put back on sale and the bids placed shall not be returned.

Shipping - Delivery

Unless otherwise specified, delivery will be made from our suppliers warehouse to the address provided by you. Deliveries are only made to the countries where Mazadent operates, the whole of Europe.

Mazadent works with trusted partners to ensure the best possible and most comprehensive service, however, delivery estimates are indicative and not binding.

Obvious damage to the article or the packaging, resulting from the transport, must be promptly communicated to the carrier by the receiving user; if the article is damaged, it must be rejected.

Returns - Refunds

Reimbursement of physical products, an user can return a product, within 14 days from the date of delivery of this, if are not satisfied. Mazadent will refund the purchase cost of the product once the condition of the returned product has been verified.

In the case of purchasing the product by credit card, prepaid card, debit card or cash, the user will be able to see the refund on his bank statement within a maximum of 7 days from the approval of the returned product.

Bids

The bids are acquired through the bidding packages and are multipurpose vouchers that can be used for different purposes within the Mazadent platform.

As a payment method to buy physical products and gift cards directly from the Mazadent store catalogue.

To place bids at auctions and to reserve or purchase seats at private auctions.

Promotional bids/balance

The promotional bids offered by Mazadent to multiply the bids packages amounts do not will generate Mazadent points.

The promotional bids will be instantly credited in the users account when the payments are done with a credit card.

Mazadent agents can give unique and exclusive coupons to users. This coupon are for a unique use and can not be cumulated with other coupons or promotions, a personal coupon with exclude the user to take advantage of any Mazadent promotion in the next 48 hours after exchange it.

Products Warranties

All products are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity reserved for those who buy for personal use .

Faults or malfunctions caused by accidental events or by user liability or by use of the product not in accordance with its intended use and/or the technical documentation accompanying the product are excluded from the scope of the legal warranty.

Remedies available to the user:

In case of a conformity defect duly communicated in the terms, the user has the right: to repair or replace the product free of charge, at his choice.

Victory Limits on Products Auctions

Each user can win the same product only once every 7 days. Once you have won a product, you cannot participate in any auctions of the same product for 7 days after they close. All vouchers are excluded from this limitation.

Winners Testimonials

Once you have won an auction of a product, you can testify your earnings by making a video and/or a photo. The photo and/or video must be sent to Mazadent within 15 days of receiving the product. All users who send a photo and/or video testimony can be rewarded by Mazadent in the following way:

Users who testify that they have won an auction of a product with a value less than or equal to 700 EGP will receive 100 bids and 100 Mazadent points for the video and 50 for the photo.

Users who testify that they have won an auction of a product worth more than 700 EGP will receive 300 bids and 300 Mazadent points for the video and 100 for the photo.

The user will only be able to make a testimonial for winning the same product. The same products are also considered equal products from the same issuer (e.g. Amazon) even if they have a different face value. By sending this material with the consequent accreditation of the bids made, the user expresses his/her tacit consent to the use of the photos and/or videos for advertising purposes without the possibility of recourse against Mazadent and/or the companies linked to and responsible for the advertising campaigns.

Collusion Prohibition

Any kind of collusion or team play is strictly prohibited at Mazadent. Collusion is a crime that occurs when two or more users try to gain an unfair advantage, to the detriment of another or other users, through a tacit or explicit agreement that changes the natural course of an auction. It is strictly prohibited:

Aiming in a collective or organized way simulating an interest that does not correspond to reality.

Intimidate or discourage in any way another user from participating and/or continuing to participate in one or more auctions.

Reveal your intention to participate in one or more auctions.

Disclose information about the status of your betting balance and your bets used or placed in one or more auctions

Participate in the same auction with acquaintances for the purpose of collusion.

Anyone contacted by one or more users for the purpose of collusion must report the incident to Mazadent personnel. In the event that monitoring personnel become aware that two or more accounts are participating in the COLLUSION auctions, Mazadent reserves the right to proceed, at its discretion, to take the following actions:

The offending users account will be suspended for a period of between 7 and 30 days or, in the most serious cases, permanently, without the right to a refund of the remaining unused bids.

The auction won by an offender will be cancelled and bids will be refunded to participating users with the exclusion of offending users.

Having established the offence of collusion, Mazadent reserves the right to take legal action against the offenders by cooperating with the competent authorities and providing all necessary information.

Account Closure

From the user: You can close your account at any time by sending a notification of your intention.

By Mazadent: Mazadent reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account at its sole discretion if it determines that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, any law, or the rights of our users or third parties. Examples of unauthorized use include the unauthorized use of games by third parties or the use of bid monitoring software, the creation of multiple accounts by the same user, or Mazadent suspicion of fraudulent activity or behavior in connection with a given account. You agree that if Mazadent, in good faith and in its sole discretion, determines that there is a breach of the Terms and Conditions, it may refuse, cancel or suspend any pending deliveries and/or any refunds of bids made during the auction.

Damages - Errors - Limits of liability

No claims for damages may be made by the user against Mazadent, its legal representatives, employees or persons providing certain services. In particular, Mazadent shall not be liable for the malfunction of the telephone equipment, line or computer/software used by the users during the submission of bids in the auctions, or for the incorrect/slow transmission of the bid data by telephone/network/ISP. In the event of such an event, the user shall have no legal rights to the auctioned product. Each user expressly accepts that the use of Mazadent is at his/her own risk. Mazadent does not guarantee that any results will be achieved from the use of the site. Mazadent cannot guarantee continuous access to the service: although it makes every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, it cannot guarantee this and makes no promises or warranties (express or implied) as to the availability of the services. In the event that the auction closes irregularly, Mazadent shall make every effort to notify the user that the auction has ended irregularly in the shortest possible time, making every effort to identify and correct the problem.

After a technical error, depending on the type of error that has occurred, Mazadent has the right to reopen the auction from the point at which it was interrupted for the correct continuation of the bids of all participating users or to restart the auction from the beginning with the refund of the bids submitted.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of Egypt. In addition, these terms and conditions may exclude the application of the Egyptian Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Exemption from liability

Mazadent shall only be liable for any damages that the user may suffer as a result of the use of this Website when such damages are attributable to a fraudulent action by the latter.

The user recognizes and accepts that the use of the website, as well as the contracting of products in its case, is carried out under its entire risk and responsibility.

Mazadent shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from the following circumstances, which are mentioned here by way of example and not limitation:

1- Due to interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns and/or disconnections in the operation of this electronic system or in the users computer equipment and devices, caused by causes beyond Mazadent control, which prevent or delay the provision of services or browsing in the system. We do not guarantee or promise that our system for making online bids or property searches will be available without interruptions, errors or defects. We are not responsible for claims or allegations that certain bids have not been received, processed or accepted due to technical problems with this Websites internet auction system.

2- Delays or blockages in use caused by deficiencies or overloads of the Internet or other electronic systems.

3- The differences in the information, documentation and/or other contents of the website that may exist between the electronic and printed versions.

4- The impossibility of providing the service or allowing access for reasons not attributable to Mazadent, due to the user, third parties or cases of force majeure.

5- Damages that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate intromissions beyond the control of the Website and that are not attributable to Mazadent.

Mazadent does not control, in general, the use that users make of this Website. In particular, Mazadent does not guarantee under any circumstances that Users use the Service in accordance with the law, these General Conditions, morality and generally accepted good practices and public order, nor that they do so in a diligent and prudent manner.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, names, domains, texts, graphic elements (design, source code, photographs, buttons, colour combinations and, in general, any element that constitutes an intellectual creation) as well as their presentation, structure, order, configuration and assembly found on this website belong to Expert Solutions S.P.L. They may not be copied or used commercially without the express consent of the owner.

In no case shall it be presumed that any license is granted or waived, transferred, assigned in whole or in part of such rights or confer any right or expectation of right, and in particular, to alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute or publicly communicate such with had without the prior express permission of Expert Solutions S.P.L

Mazadent will transmit notifications by email, sms, WhatsApp, fax, telephone or regular mail to those provided in the registration process. We are not responsible for errors in the contact information provided in your registration.

You understand that by participating in Mazadent sales, purchases or auctions you are boud by and accept these terms and conditions.

Use and Acceptance

The access and/or use of the website www. Mazadent.com attributes the condition of user, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected here. The aforementioned Conditions will be applied independently of the General Conditions of Use which, in their case, must be complied with.

Modifications

Expert Solutions S.P.L. reserves the right to make unannounced changes it deems appropriate in its portal, may change, delete or add both content and services provided through this as the way in which they are presented or located in its portal.
